We are QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisors. We use QuickBooks Online for all of our business clients.
We love to clean up existing QuickBooks accounts, we double check the setup and review the financial statements to ensure your business books are accurately recorded, then we do the bookkeeping for you monthly in addition to meeting with you via Zoom or provide a Loom video of your month’s financial status.
We also love implementing QuickBooks Online for clients currently using Excel, Google Sheets, or other methods of bookkeeping.

Fractional Controller

Payroll Services
Payroll is a specialized process highly regulated by the IRS in addition to local and state regulations.
With that in mind, we have partnered with ADP to provide payroll services for your small to medium sized business.
With the QuickBooks Online (QBO) bookkeeping services we offer, we will set up your ADP payroll account to properly sync to QBO. We reconcile the payroll accounts to ADP reports monthly to ensure your books are accurate.
We can also be your backup for processing payroll through ADP for your business so that you and your employees will get paid timely and accurately even while you are out of the office for business travel, vacation, or sick time.

Financial Statements
Financial statements are an important tool for management decision making.
Financial statements represent your business to lenders, partners, potential buyers and other interested parties.
Financial statements are a result of our monthly bookkeeping services which are provided to your business for operational information. We use Zoom online meetings monthly to review your financials with you and to address any questions you may have about your business and taxes. We also use Loom videos to send you our review of your financials which you can view at your convenience instead of meeting via Zoom.
As an additional service, we can prepare financial statements for your business to send to your lenders, potential buyers, and other interested parties. These external parties may require accrual-basis versus cash-basis financial statements, budget financials, forecast financials, and financial explanations.
